Welcome to Dandelion Day Care and Preschool, a new home day care in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. We are located at 2919 27th Ave W.
Starting Fall of 2010, school will open at 7:30
Openings
We currently have 1 full time opening for a child aged 2-5. We also have part time openings for that age
We have 1 part time (AM) opening for a child 2-24 months. AM is fro 8:30-12:30 (or a little longer, by special arrangement)
In the fall, we will be opening a full infant/early toddler room for ages 2 months to 20 months. It will be a naturalistic, RIE-based program with it's own physical space, seperate but connected to our preschool program. This program will focus on connection, eye contact, gentle conversation and encouraging the child's natural interest in using their bodies and exploring their environment. We hope to open our new program at the beginning of September, but our start date is dependent on approval from the Dep't of Early Learning, who are overbooked and can't give us a timeline. So we may not be able to begin accepting new babies until later in September.
Come and see our school!
